    CAMRIS seeks a Recruiter I who will provide crucial operational and administrative support for our Global Health Support contract.  GHSI-III provides human resource-based support services including staffing technical experts for USAID’s Bureau for Global Health, regional bureaus and overseas missions. CAMRIS recruits staff to serve in key technical areas including HIV/AIDS; Economics, Finance and Policy; Health Systems Strengthening; Gender; Population and Reproductive Health; Infectious Diseases; Nutrition; Maternal and Child Health; Tuberculosis; Malaria; Neglected Tropical Diseases and other key areas.  


    The Recruiter I will be primarily responsible for  surge and rapid response recruitment efforts.  The Recruiter I must implement effective, timely recruitment strategies, tap specialized networks for technical postings, and rapidly recruit positions for USAID’s Global Health Bureau. This is a limited term position but is full-time.




    The Recruiter must implement effective, timely recruitment strategies, building a pool of high quality consultants, but also rapidly recruit positions in response to client needs.


    • Assist in the recruitment and qualified candidate development processes
    • Develop relationships candidates and walk them through the hiring process.
    • Partner with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to assure consistency with business goals, filling positions in a timely manner.
    • Partner with hiring managers to ensure they provide the appropriate information for open positions.
    • Screen potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications.
    • Post positions and advertise positions in selected locations
    • Record and communicate recruiting updates and metrics to hiring managers and various stakeholders.
    • Engage social media to market positions and enhance Internet Brands' online presence.
    • Keep up-to-date and informed regarding recruiting best practices, trends, social media tools, industry standards, and competition.
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong interest and aptitude to perform the recruitment workflow responsibilities
    • Impeccable follow-through and commitment to quality service
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work within a cloud based applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience working within iCIMS or other ATS preferred, but not required
    • Independent thinking and problem-solving skills


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Associates degree plus 1-2 years’ recruiting/administrative experience
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and document management skills required.
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
    • Medium to advanced skills in social media and internet search (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
