    CAMRIS is seeking exceptional candidates for the Research Nurse positions. S/he will support the mission of The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and The National Institutes of Health (NIH) by conducting and supporting basic, translational and clinical research to better understand, treat, and ultimately prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases at the Rocky Mountain Laboratories in Hamilton, Montana.

    Responsibilities

      For Junior Roles, Duties Include:

    • Recruit and screens patients for inclusion in protocols/clinical trials

    • Perform assessments and collects medical histories and physicals.

    • Administer protocol consents and documentation.

    • Assist with protocol compliance and data input and management.

    For Mid-Level Roles, Duties Include:

    • Recruit and screen patients for inclusion in protocols/clinical trials

    • Perform assessments and collects medical histories and physicals.

    • Administer protocol consents and documentation.

    • Monitor protocol compliance.

    • Perform data input and management.

    • Assist with clinical data interpretation.

    •  Participate in training and mentoring of staff.

      For Senior Level Roles, Duties Include:

    • Recruit and screens patients for inclusion in protocols/clinical trials;
    • Perform patient assessments and collects medical histories and physicals.
    • Administer protocol consents and documentation.
    • Monitor protocol compliance.
    • Perform clinical data interpretation.
    • Oversee training and mentoring of staff.
    • Evaluate and interprets protocol/clinical trial findings.
    • Develop new research protocols.

     

    Qualifications

    For Junior Roles: 

     

      Minimum Education:

    •  Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Current state nursing licensure.

       Minimum Experience: 

    • 4-5+ years of nursing experience with CPR certification.

    • Experience in clinical research setting with protocols and clinical trials.

    • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

     For Mid-Level Roles:

       

        Minimum Education:

    • Master’s degree in nursing. Two (2) years of specialized experience plus a BA/BS degree is equivalent to a Master’s degree. Current state nursing licensure.

        Minimum Experience:

    • 6-10+ years of nursing experience with CPR certification.

    • Experience in clinical research setting with protocols and clinical trials.

    • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

     For Senior Roles:

     

      Minimum Education:

    • Master’s degree in nursing. Two (2) years of specialized experience plus a BA/BS degree is equivalent to a Master’s degree. Current state nursing licensure.

      Minimum Experience:

    • 10-28+ years of nursing experience with CPR certification.
    • Experience in clinical research setting with protocols and clinical trials.
    • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
