CAMRIS seeks an Administrative and Logistical Assistant to participate in the upcoming Final Performance Evaluation of the USAID/Jamaica Social enterprise Boost Initiative (SEBI). The purpose of this evaluation is to determine whether the SEBI activities achieved its objectives and gained lessons for implementation of ongoing future programs. The evaluation will identify three areas: implementation challenges, corrective actions to project management, and progress towards achieving expected results.


The Administrative and Logistical Assistant will support the administrative and logistical functions necessary to carry out the evaluation. Specifically, s/he will:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with interviewees
  • Arrange transportation and lodging for the evaluation team
  • Collect documents for desk review
  • Format and edit data collection instruments and transcripts
  • Carry out other administrative tasks


  • Experience in administrative support and office functions
  • Ability to proactively resolve issues that arise regarding the logistics of meetings, teleconference meetings, travel, and documentation
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Prior experience providing administrative support to a USAID-funded activity desired
  • Fluency in English
