CAMRIS seeks short- and long-term education specialists for an upcoming Education Support Contract to the USAID Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean, Office of Regional Sustainable Development. CAMRIS seeks subject-matter experts that can provide technical, logistical, and administrative support services for USAID regional and bilateral education programming in Latin America and the Caribbean.



Subject-matter experts will provide support in the following key areas:

  • Program design and implementation support
  • Monitoring and evaluation for education programs
  • Preparation for skills-building workshops


  • Advanced degree in relevant field (such as education, international development)
  • Expertise in at least one of the following key areas: basic education; higher education; youth-workforce development
  • At least eight years of experience managing or providing technical assistance to education programs for international donors, preferably those funded by USAID
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and proactively work to achieve consensus on policy, project, and administrative matters
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
