CAMRIS seeks a Recruiter 1 to work from its Bethesda, MD office location. The recruiter will be primarily responsible for balancing short versus long term recruitment efforts. The Recruiter must implement effective, timely recruitment strategies, building a pool of high quality consultants, but also rapidly recruit positions in response to client needs.

  • Manage the recruitment and qualified candidate development processes
  • Develop relationships candidates and walk them through the hiring process.
  • Assist management to conduct performance reviews to ensure that each driving associate is performing at their highest capability
  • Partner with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to assure consistency with business goals, filling positions in a timely manner.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure they provide the appropriate information for open positions.
  • Screen potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications.
  • Record and communicate recruiting updates and metrics to hiring managers and various stakeholders.
  • Engage social media to market positions and enhance Internet Brands' online presence.
  • Keep up-to-date and informed regarding recruiting best practices, trends, social media tools, industry standards, and competition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong interest and aptitude to perform the recruitment workflow responsibilities
  • Impeccable follow-through and commitment to quality service
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a cloud based applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working within iCIMS or other ATS preferred, but not required
  • Independent thinking and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Extremely computer savvy and quick minded
  • Medium to advanced skills in social media and internet search (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc)
  • Associate degree in business, management, marketing, logistics, supply chain, or any related field
