    CAMRIS is seeking a Recruiter for the upcoming Scientific, Technical, and Other Professional Services (STOPS) project with NIH. This opportunity involves large-scale staff augmentation and management to support a variety of functions related to clinical, healthcare, scientific, engineering and information technology.


    • Perform recruitment and placement duties for a variety of positions, including hard-to-fil' positions and senior-level positions.
    • Utilize automated staffing systems to generate vacancy announcements, job analyses, assessments, certificates of eligible candidates, and track and monitor workflow, workload, and metrics.
    • Research, interpret, and apply human resources management procedures, practices, policies, and guidelines.
    • Actively search for qualified professionals on a variety of hiring platforms and networks and expand hiring networks for specific technical areas.
    • Implement reference checks for preferred candidates.
    • Review qualified applicant resumes, cover letters and writing samples and screen resumes and credentials in a consistent, objective manner for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
    • Adhere to equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines, federal and state regulations and contract regulations in recruitment efforts.
    • Prepare shortlists of candidates for client selection committee review.
    • Analyze data and metrics on recruitment and staffing activities.


    • A master’s degree in a science field, human resources, or a related field.
    • Must have two to four years of experience recruiting for scientific, professional, and technical positions.
    • Experience with iCIMS and other recruitment platforms preferred.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Understanding of NIH preferred.
