CAMRIS is seeking exceptional candidates to provide scientific, technical, and other professional support services to assist the National Institutes of Health (NIH-- which is comprised of the Office of the Director and 27 Institutes and Centers) in meeting its operational objectives.
Designs and conducts company training programs.
Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period for career development.
Involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.
Researches and implements new training techniques and technologies.
Evaluates effectiveness of current training programs and takes correction action when necessary.
Prepares and summarizes reporting from gathered training data.
Consults with different departments and areas to forecast additional training needs.
5-6+ year of work experience in training programs.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
