CAMRIS is seeking exceptional candidates to provide scientific, technical, and other professional support services to assist the National Institutes of Health (NIH-- which is comprised of the Office of the Director and 27 Institutes and Centers) in meeting its operational objectives.
Provides technical experience needed to assist with preparing and writing a variety of scientific articles, reports, brochures, etc.
Assists with editing/formatting existing reports/presentations.
Coordinates with staff on multiple ongoing projects and activities.
Assists with performing literature searches and reviews of technical/scientific research reports.
Collects, inputs and updates data in various databases, and generates standard reports.
Assists with performing analysis of data and coordinates with staff on writing technical reports, research papers, etc.
May prepare reports and presentations for meetings/lectures.
1-5+ years of experience in related scientific field.
Demonstrates strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Demonstrates ability to communicate basic scientific ideas to the general public.
Demonstrates experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline.
