CAMRIS is seeking exceptional candidates to provide scientific, technical, and other professional support services to assist the National Institutes of Health (NIH-- which is comprised of the Office of the Director and 27 Institutes and Centers) in meeting its operational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, etc.  Edits/formats existing reports/presentations.

  • Finalizes documents and prepares materials for publication.

  • Prepares, plans and coordinates complex research projects and provides progress reports.

  • Performs complex literature searches and reviews of technical research reports.

  • Collects, inputs and updates data in various databases, and generates standard reports.

  • Performs detailed analysis of data.

  • Prepares reports and presentations for meetings/lectures.

  • May translate complex information into written products for the general public.

     

Qualifications

 

  • 1-5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.

  • Demonstrates strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

  •  

    Demonstrates experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

     

    Minimum Education:

     

    Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
