CAMRIS is seeking exceptional candidates to provide scientific, technical, and other professional support services to assist the National Institutes of Health (NIH-- which is comprised of the Office of the Director and 27 Institutes and Centers) in meeting its operational objectives.
Provides critical scientific and administrative advice in the functional areas of requirements, development, design, end-user testing and implementation to food component initiatives.
Develops educational materials for Government, non-profit, and for-profit groups involved in developing, setting standards and monitoring the quality of dietary supplements.
Develops and prepares papers for publication in peer- reviewed journals in the areas of nutrition science and dietary supplement science.
Conducts outreach activities, including planning and organizing scientific sessions at professional and trade meetings.
Establishes nutrition marketing programs.
Fifteen (15) years of experience in health and nutrition.
Computer skills to include MS Office Suite.
Ph.D. degree in a science related discipline. Three (3) years of specialized experience plus a Master’s degree is equivalent to a Ph.D. Five (5) years of specialized experience plus a Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to a Ph.D.
