    CAMRIS is seeking a Technical Recruiter to recruit architectural and engineering, maintenance, and facility advice, assistance, and support.  This task area includes all aspects of assisting, advising on, supporting, and conducting facility maintenance.  This includes project management and other advice, assistance, and support functions for the planning, management, oversight, inspection, compliance review, and close-out of janitorial services, renovation, and new construction.  This also includes conducting space planning/design, and cubicle and office configuration and reconfiguration. Additionally, this task area includes providing advice, assistance, and support for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and sprinklers, and physical security.  This task area also includes providing advice, assistance, and support for the planning and coordinating of the maintenance and movement of intricate scientific equipment.   


    • Perform recruitment and placement duties for a variety of positions, including 'hard-to-fill' positions and senior level positions.
    • Utilize automated staffing systems to generate vacancy announcements, job analyses, assessments, certificates of eligible candidates, and track and monitor workflow, workload, and metrics.
    • Perform position classification and position management duties.
    • Advising managers, supervisors, and employees on a full range of recruitment, staffing, classification and position management issues.
    • Researching, interpret, and apply human resources management procedures, practices, policies, and guidelines.
    • Analyze data and metrics on recruitment and staffing activities.


    • A master's degree in a relevant field.
    • Five to eight years of experience recruiting for non-scientific positions. 
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
