CAMRIS is seeking exceptional candidates to provide scientific, technical, and other professional support services to assist the National Institutes of Health (NIH-- which is comprised of the Office of the Director and 27 Institutes and Centers) in meeting its operational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical expertise needed to evaluate, develop and implement the organization’s fellowship program.

  • Reviews established processes/procedures and suggests improvements.

  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the program to ensure it is meeting the organization’s overall objectives.

  • Analyzes and develops a variety of training programs.

  • Develops and implements new recruiting processes.

  • Promotes fellowship program to educational institutions, universities and candidates.

  • Trains staff on various aspects of the fellowship program.

  • Maintains files and documents associated within the fellowship program.

  • Produces various detailed reports for use by upper-management.

Qualifications

 

  • 2-8+ years of experience in a related field.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills.

  • Demonstrates expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

     

    Minimum Education:

     

    Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Four (4) years of specialized experience plus a High School diploma is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
