CAMRIS International is seeking an experienced Finance and Budget Specialist to effectively support a program with the United States Agency for International Development, within the Office of Global Health. This program will place, support and coordinate Global Health Fellows to support the Global Health Initiative (GHI). Activities supported under this professional and organizational development activities that focus on orientation training, leadership development, management training, personal and team effectiveness, mentoring and coaching and technical training, and building a diverse workforce


The Financial/Budget Specialsit will be the financial manager responsible for financial oversight of this agreement.  The Financial/Budget Specialist will be responsible for  fiscal and administrative management of this agreement including budgeting, financial reporting, analysis/forecasting for multiple funding sources, and various budget components, pipeline tracking and reporting.  


The proposed Financial/Budget Specialist must be experienced in multi-source fund management or job-costing and have a demonstrated ability in providing quality outputs when requested in short timeframes. S/he shall have:

  • At least ten years of experience in financial management and budgeting; some experience with USAID health programs is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and broad financial and management expertise and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral presentation skills. 
  • A Masters Degree in Business Administration, accounting, or finance.
